This is my first time asking for financial assistance as it is not something I have been comfortable requesting. However , I am in need to request so at this time. Currently I am in a state of stress and worried with funeral arrangements . For many, it would’ve been preferred that this would’ve been planned prior so that I can mourn in this time of deep grief rather than worrying about how will I pay for her funeral. My Grandmother Caridad ‘Cary ‘ passed away Wednesday afternoon (11/27), the day before Thanksgiving . Many know that she has been sick this year and hospitalized eight times with long hospitalization stays as well. Her last hospitalization was 7 weeks . Her health declined drastically this last week. She was 86 years of age at her passing. She raised me like a mother. She was extremely close to my daughter since she also helped me raise her as a single mom and was a second mother to my daughter. I attempted to purchase term insurance but she did not qualify since she had a pre existing condition. For anyone that knows her , she always wanted to make feel anyone welcome at home . She always thought of others before herself. She overflowed with love and joy. I know that these times are difficult for anyone with the high costs of living. Any donations would be immensely appreciated . Services have NOT been finalized as of yet but I am in the process of doing so and will finalize them as soon as possible. Thank you.
