Honoring God, Empowering Teen Girls: Support Honor-DFG!

Dear Friend,

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Tiffany English, and I am writing to you with a heartfelt request for support in a new discipleship ministry that I believe the Lord has placed on my heart. The ministry, Honor-Discipleship for Girls, is a year-long mentorship program designed to raise up young women who love the Lord with all their hearts and to disciple them in the ways of Christ. The ultimate goal is for these girls to grow in their surrender to Christ and, in turn, begin to disciple others.

The vision for Honor-Discipleship for Girls is to help these young women grow in their faith, identity, and purpose in Christ through a series of intentional activities, teachings, and experiences. Over the course of the year, I am mentoring a group of seven girls from Selma and Montgomery, AL, teaching them about the importance of purity, godly friendships, their beauty and worth in Christ, and biblical principles that will guide them in living a life that honors God. Together, we will explore how to live out these principles in our everyday lives, and at the end of the program, my prayer is that these young women will not only have grown in their walk with and surrender to Christ but will also have been equipped and inspired to disciple others.

As their leader, I am committed to providing them with opportunities to grow both spiritually and personally. We will meet in person once a month, and I will meet one on one with each of the girls individually and we will have weekly check ins with the entire group via GroupMe, FaceTime, Zoom or other virtual resources.

As we embark on this exciting journey together, we humbly invite you to consider contributing to help cover the costs of meaningful experiences and resources for the group. Your support will help fund activities like outings, camps, birthday celebrations, and travel for special events, as well as essential study materials like books and workbooks that will guide our learning and growth.

We’re excited to be planning our first trip in June 2025, and we’re reaching out to you with the hope of raising $4,500 to make this trip possible.

Additionally, we aim to raise $5,500 to cover ongoing needs, including birthday celebrations for the girls, food for our gatherings, study materials, and monthly outings. These investments in experiences and resources will help build lasting memories, strengthen the girls' faith, and equip them for the bright future that God has in store for them.

Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference, and we are truly grateful for your support as we work together to make this journey a reality.

Your support will make a tangible difference in the lives of these young women. We are committed to transparency with all funds received and we will provide receipts for all expenditures and make sure you have full visibility of how your donation is being used.
