My friend and brother in Christ, Derek Green just lost his 10 yr old son Gabriel (Gio) to his battle with cancer. Gio was diagnosed with a rare childhood brain tumor (DIPG) a year ago. God ordained that Gio was brought to the cancer center that I work at for treatment. Derek and I became close friends (brothers) through this and God gave Derek and Gio another year together in which we all celebrated and grew closer together. I am asking for Prayer for Derek and family as Gio went to be with the Lord early this morning, April 20th, 2026.

My family and the motorcycle ministry I am a part of, Rydas 4 Righteousness (R4R) are raising funds to help come alongside Derek and his family during this time. Funds will be used to help cover funeral arrangements and remaining medical expenses.
