Honoring George "Spanky" Brown’s Legacy

Donation protected
George "Spanky" Brown was a devoted father, grandfather, and a proud member of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association. He previously served as one of two State Representatives for California, dedicating his life to supporting veterans and their families. George’s passion for helping others was evident in everything he did, from organizing local events to lending a hand to those in need. Most recently, he supported a Poker Run in Nevada, raising funds for families facing hardship. He supported CVMA chapters across California & Nevada, and built the Chapter near Fort Riley, KS. His biggest joy was riding his motorcycle, a hobby that brought him close to a community he loved deeply.

George served as a Tank Mechanic in the Army for over 20 years, bringing his commitment and sense of duty to his CVMA Chapter 41-2. He leaves behind his children, Katherine Burnham, Robert Brown, and Arianna Nye, as well as his beloved nieces and nephews John Kahle, Delina Brown, and Matthew McFarlane. His sister, Shelia Brown, is now the only surviving member of her generation. George is also survived by his grandchildren Lucas, Zoe, Kayden, and Maxton, and his grand nephew Edward. His loss is deeply felt by all who knew him, especially the veteran community he served so faithfully.

We are raising funds to help cover George’s burial, transportation from Arkansas to California, and funeral expenses. Any support will help our family honor his memory and give him the farewell he deserves. Thank you for standing with us during this difficult time.
