Help Us Honor the Life of Gainon Ellis
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved sister and mother, Gainon Ellis, who courageously battled sickle cell disease. Gainon was only 51 years old. She was a kind, loving, and generous person who always prioritized others before herself. Despite the many challenges she faced, Gainon remained strong, compassionate, and full of life. She touched the hearts of everyone who knew her and will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who loved her.
Sickle cell disease is a painful and lifelong condition, and Gainon fought through it with incredible strength, grace, and inspirational resilience. We are seeking support during this difficult time to help cover her funeral expenses and to honor her life in the way she deserves. A portion of the contributions will also be donated to a sickle cell disease research foundation in her memory. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help ease the financial burden on our family and allow us to focus on grieving and celebrating her life. If you are unable to donate, we kindly ask that you keep our family in your prayers and share this page. Thank you for your love, support, and kindness during this time.
With gratitude, the Ellis family.
