Our family is heartbroken to share that our fun, spirited, and deeply loved, Evan Kandler, passed away very unexpectedly. Losing someone so young and full of life is something no family is ever prepared for.

Evan was a teenager with a bright imagination and a huge heart. He loved Dungeons & Dragons, storytelling, and the adventures he created with his many great friends. His laughter, creativity, and energy filled every room he walked into. He and his twin brother established Silverhawks DnD, a favorite pastime for years.

Even in this tragedy, Evan, continues to shine. He will be an organ donor — a final act of generosity that reflects the kindness and compassion he showed throughout his life. Knowing that he will help save and transform the lives of others brings us a small measure of peace.

He leaves behind his twin brother and three siblings, all of whom adored him and shared a bond that can never be replaced. Our entire family is devastated as we navigate this unimaginable loss.
