Eva’s light continues to guide us, even as we learn to navigate a world without her physical presence. In the weeks and months since her passing, our family has been held up by the love, generosity, and compassion of so many people who were touched by Eva’s spirit. We are deeply grateful. As we move forward, we are now preparing for Eva’s Celebration of Life—an opportunity for friends, family, and community to gather, remember, and honor the extraordinary soul she was. Eva lived with a rare kind of gentleness and courage, offering safety, acceptance, and love to anyone who crossed her path. We want this celebration to reflect that same warmth and openness. We are also working to provide Eva with a permanent resting place marked by a headstone worthy of her memory—something that reflects her kindness, her resilience, and the way she made people feel seen and loved.
