Honoring Ethan Sandoval: Support for His Family

Many of us knew Ethan in various capacities — as an ecologist, climber, outdoorsman, creative collaborator, partner, and friend. Ethan's life was particularly rich and he built a strong community around him to share it with. If you knew Ethan at all you knew him as the hardest worker, the guy that was always all-in on the moment, and the loyal friend that showed up.

Ethan was also a Brother, Uncle and Son and Ethan's family needs help right now with incurring costs following his passing. Whatever assistance our community can offer to get them through this time would be appreciated.

I've been a friend of Ethan and his family for 12 years. Ethan's mother, Carla Turney will be the primary beneficiary of this fundraiser. I will manage the funds and fundraiser and all the proceeds will be transferred to her through Zelle at the conclusion of the fundraiser.
