Our beloved Nana, Esther Apodaca, was truly the heart of our family and a light to everyone who knew her. She was warm and welcoming, always greeting others with a big smile and a hug. She had a special gift for making people feel loved and at home, no matter who they were. When Nana was in the room, you could feel her joy she filled every space with laughter, kindness, and comfort.

Nana was a giver in every sense of the word. She gave more than she ever had, always putting others before herself. If someone needed something, she found a way to make it happen. She showed up for everyone family, friends, neighbors and made sure no one ever went without. Her love had no limits, and her generosity was endless.

In her later years, Nana faced many challenges and fought through difficult battles, yet even then, she never stopped loving, caring, and smiling. She continued to give her all, even when life was hard, because that’s just who she was strong, selfless, and full of love.

Now, Nana is in heaven, reunited with her beloved husband, Fred, who passed away four years ago. Knowing they are together again brings us comfort, even though our hearts are broken here on earth. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and faith that will live on through all of us who were blessed to know her.

We will forever remember her hugs, her laughter, her strength, and her unwavering love for everyone around her. She truly made the world a better place.

We are creating this fundraiser to help cover Nana’s funeral services and her headstone. We already have her burial plot, and she will be laid to rest with Fred, the love of her life. Her headstone will be a double to honor them both together. Any amount, big or small, will help us give Nana the beautiful farewell she deserves.
