Family & friends,
As some know, my sisters and I were raised by our grandfather, Ernesto Yglesias. We considered him our father, and he always considered us his kids, without a doubt.
It is with a heavy heart that I share he is no longer with us. He passed from a medical condition, but ultimately passed from a broken heart. He could not cope with losing my youngest sister (February of 2025) for as much as he tried.
I am heartbroken, to say the least.
Ernesto was a strong-willed, intelligent, and loving person that deserved more than this life gave him. He was an amazing friend and father who would give to others when they needed, even if that meant he didn’t have for himself. He gave/did for people that didn’t treat him well; imagine what he did for those that reciprocated love. He spent a part of his life in the United States Air Force and spent the rest of his life making sure my sisters and I had a good chance at a healthy life, giving us the best childhood he could.
I want to make sure he gets a proper farewell from us in this physical world.
We are asking for prayers to help us deal with this great loss. If you are able to donate towards his proceedings, it would mean the world.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking the time to read this. God bless.
