For any of you who may or may not know, Erin passed away on Tuesday August 19th due to health complications that lead to multiple organ failures. She has left behind her three wonderful children Alex, Zach and Juliana as well as her loving husband Lou. Erin was the matriarch of her family and while Lou worked hard running his own business for their family, Erin worked hard to keep her family running smoothly in every single aspect. She made being a mother and wife look easier than anyone I know. She was never the one to ask for help, but she was always the helper for not only the ones she loved most, but even for complete strangers. She was always the person asking “how can I help?” Erin was one of the most caring and thoughtful humans I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. For holidays, she found ways to contribute to the less fortunate and always considered the things other didn’t, such as the basic items families needed to make their Christmas dinners that didn’t come in their food pantry holiday packages, so she made them and donated them. And while, she wouldn’t have asked for help in her own situation, I know she would always appreciate any and all help for the people she loved more than anything in this entire world.
