Jason left Dimensional in 2022 to pursue his passion of high-altitude photography. This decision was largely inspired by Jason's mom passing away from cancer in 2020 and his strong belief in following your dreams, no matter how scary they are. Since 2022, Jason's climbed many of the world's tallest mountains (including Mount Everest in 2025) and has made a career selling his photography at art shows around the country with the help of his supportive dad, Eric. This week Jason and his dad were climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania- a long-time dream of theirs. Eric tragically passed away while on the trip.

The Weiss family has been a part of the Dimensional family for a long time. Eric worked with Dimensional for over twenty years as an advisor and many of us were lucky enough to work with Jason during his five years here.
