We are heartbroken to share the sudden passing of our beautiful friend, a devoted mother to two sons who were the center of her world.

Jack and Henry, the most important humans in Em’s life are facing the immeasurable stress and pain of losing their mom so unexpectedly. This is a profound and life-altering loss as she was their constant, their greatest supporter, and their safe place (and they hers).

She had an extraordinary compassion for others and was a passionate advocate for survivors of domestic abuse. When she cared about you, you felt it — she listened deeply, showed up fully, and made you feel truly seen and understood.

This fundraiser is to support her sons as they navigate this unimaginable loss and the practical realities that come with it, including memorial expenses and the transition to life without their mom. It is also a way to honor her legacy of love, empathy, and service to others.
