Hi everyone. I’m Michelle Cruz, daughter-in-law of beloved Emily Ortiz. Emily was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer at the end of October this year. On December 23, 2025, Emily lost her battle to this deadly disease and passed peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones. Her dying wish was to be laid to rest next to her parents. Our family is going to honor her, but we need your help. The funeral costs have gone beyond what we expected. Several folks have already asked, “What can we do to help?” Well, this is how you can.
