We are raising funds to honor the life and memory of Emery Woody in a way that reflects who he was and what he loved.

Emery found joy in being outside, especially on disc golf courses, where he could combine friendly competition, laughter, and time with people he loved. Whether he was playing a round with friends, enjoying the sunshine, or simply being present in the moment, those spaces brought him peace and connection.

In lieu of flowers, the Woody family hopes to honor Emery by sponsoring a disc golf basket or bench at a disc golf park currently being developed in the Augusta area. This memorial would serve as a lasting tribute and a place for others to gather, play, rest, and enjoy the outdoors, like Emery did.

Any contribution, large or small, will help make this memorial possible. More than anything, this gift is a way to remember Emery’s warmth, his love for people, and the life he lived with sincerity, faith, and joy.
