Homegoing Support for Ella Jo Henderson

On January 5, 2026, our beloved Ella Jo Henderson, born November 11, 1932, peacefully transitioned from this life and entered into the presence of the Lord. While our hearts mourn her absence, we rejoice in the promise of Scripture that assures us she is now at rest in eternal glory.

Ella Jo was a cherished mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother who deeply loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Her life was marked by devotion to family, quiet strength, and a faith that carried her through many seasons. She leaves behind a legacy of love, wisdom, and generations who were blessed to call her their own.

The Word of God tells us, “Well done, good and faithful servant… enter into the joy of your Lord” (Matthew 25:21). It is with this assurance that we honor Ella Jo’s life and trust in God’s perfect will, even in our sorrow.

During this time of bereavement, the Henderson family is facing an unexpected financial hardship. Due to limited life insurance coverage, the family is currently approximately $8,000 short of covering funeral and homegoing service expenses. We are humbly reaching out to our church family and community for prayerful support.
