Eliezer Cruz III , or as most known him , Eli , was a man known for many things which included , but were not limited to being a : father , friend , husband, protector, and provider. Words that only highlight vaguely the overall man that he was in the lives of many that he left behind. On the early morning of March 21 , 2026 it was discovered that he had passed away unexpectedly in his sleep merely hours after he had been released from the hospital after surgery. Eli beforehand took on several responsibilities throughout his life by choice and pure love of those he let surround him . From being a son that help his parents at any given chance , to a brother that was a ride or die to his siblings near or far , also a father to not only blood children but those he accepted and loved as his own, into a husband that protected and provider , and last . . . a friend and grandfather that brought laughter and a shoulder to lean on . It’s with a very heavy heart that we ask for help to provide Eli with the funeral he deserved for the amazing life he lived. Anything helps , we appreciate and thank you all in advance.
