In Loving Memory of Edwin Rayo Jose and to Support his Family

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the sudden and devastating news of the passing of our dear employee, Edwin Rayo Jose. Born on December 12, 1975, he was a beloved husband, father, son, and dedicated employee. Edwin left us far too soon, passing peacefully in his sleep on August 27, 2025. His unexpected departure has left a void that can never be filled, and our entire community is in mourning.

Edwin was a man of incredible strength and determination. He made the courageous journey from Colombia to Calgary, Canada, with a single dream to build a safe and prosperous future for his family. That dream was the compass that guided his life.

Edwin was a man of quiet strength, unwavering loyalty, and profound kindness. For the past eight years, he was a loyal and integral part of the family at Maaco Collision Repair. He was more than an employee; he was a reliable friend and the steady hand you could always count on. His strong work ethic and dedication were an inspiration to all who worked beside him.

While he was a cornerstone at work, his true pride and joy were his family. Edwin was a devoted husband to his wife,, and an incredible father to his three beautiful children. Every sacrifice he made, every hour he worked, was for them. His love for them was the driving force behind everything he did.

Now, in this time of unimaginable grief, we are coming together to support the family he built his life around. We have created this fundraiser with a goal of $50,000 to provide crucial support in two ways:
