Edward Cruz was the kind of person who brought joy, laughter and love into every space he entered. When he loved someone, he did so deeply and with an exceptional ability to make us each feel special. Life was more beautiful, joyful, and a lot more silly with him around. He was a devoted husband, son, brother, uncle, and friend to so many that will miss him dearly and cherish the moments they got to share with him.

There are no words to truly capture what those of us who loved him have lost. But that loss is most profoundly felt by his wife, Evelyn, and his mother and brother, Rosemary and Juan Carlos. His daily absence in their lives is one that none of us can fill or replace, but we can help by offering what we can to ease their financial burden and allow them to focus on their healing.
