Edric Rik was the youngest and only boy in our family, and his presence brought so much joy and laughter to everyone around him. He was known for his funny and goofy demeanor, always finding ways to make people smile and lighten the mood. Edric was the kind of person who showed up for others, offering help whenever it was needed and making sure his loved ones felt supported. He shared a close bond with his sisters, cousins, and his girlfriend Adrielle, who is currently in critical condition following the accident. Edric’s love for his grandma was evident, and it’s heartbreaking that he was not able to attend her funeral just weeks before his own passing.

On Tuesday night, Edric tragically lost his life in a car accident less than five minutes from home. The shock and pain of losing him so unexpectedly, especially after the recent loss of his grandma, has been overwhelming for our family. We are now faced with the difficult task of planning two funerals in less than a month, and we want to honor Edric’s memory with a proper ceremony and farewell. The funds raised will go directly toward his 7-day ceremony at the temple and funeral costs, helping us give Edric the tribute he deserves.
