In loving memory of Edgar Buitimea, whose life was brutally taken away from us on July 20th at the Santa Monica Beach Pier parking lot. Edgar was only 24 years old, and our hearts are left broken as we remember a young man who had so much life ahead of him, so many goals and dreams. His big, perfect Colgate smile, huge heart, and love for helping others in his community have left an impact on everyone who knew him. He will be remembered as someone who would give the shirt off his back to help anyone in need without ever expecting anything in return, always made you laugh with his silly jokes, as someone who truly believed in standing up for himself and his beliefs, and as someone who always loved hard. He leaves behind his mother, father, sister, and niece. He will now be resting with his older brother Kevin, who passed away just 5 years ago. Thank you to every single person who has been keeping our family in prayers & for all the support given to us.

All funds will be given to his parents and will be used for legal expenses as we begin this painful journey to help bring justice the family & friends deserve. Thank you to everyone who’s standing with us & for loving Edgar the way you guys have shown us. He will truly be missed.
