Hello, we are the grandchildren of Ponciano.
If you ever had the chance to meet our grandpa, you’d know that nobody loved making people laugh more than he did. Ponciano “Eddie” Santos Palaruan filled every room with joy, warmth, and laughter. Now, heartbreakingly, his time with us has come to an end. Our grandfather passed away in the early morning hours of December 9th, 2025. For the past few years, he had been bravely battling cancer throughout his body, and recently suffered a stroke that left him unable to move the left side of his body. He has endured unimaginable pain, but now he is at peace.
Now, we are reaching out to you for help as we face the costs of saying goodbye to him. We hope to honor his wishes by cremating him and placing his ashes in a special urn, but the cost of the final resting place is more than we can manage alone. We as a family, do not have the means to cover all the expenses, so we are humbly asking for your support. Any donation, no matter how small, or even simply sharing our story, would be invaluable to us.
Our grandfather was a truly selfless, hardworking, and loving man. He leaves behind his devoted wife, children, and grandchildren, all of whom will forever cherish his memory. Your kindness and generosity will help us honor his life and give him the peaceful farewell he deserves. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your support and compassion, and may God bless you.
