Eddie was a resident of Hackettstown, NJ but was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. He helped his community and church whenever called upon. Ever the one to sacrifice to ensure the well-being of his family and friends, when Hurricane Katrina destroyed the family home, Edward succeeded in securing a beautiful home for his parents where all gathered for celebrations throughout the years. He was well known for hosting some of the best New Year’s parties, that were meant to keep his family close to one another. He always honored God, family, and friends above all.

Visitation/Funeral services will be held at the Garden of Memories Funeral Home, located at 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA 70001 on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, beginning at 10:00 am. Religious services at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow in St. Louis Cemetery #3, located at 3421 Esplanade Ave, New Orleans, LA 70119.
