Every school day, Mr. Earl, greeted Field Elementary students and families with a big smile and kind eyes.
On the evening of Tuesday, May 28, 2024, Mr. Earl Myers, beloved Field Elementary's crossing guard passed away.
Mr. Earl touched the lives of thousands of students during the more than eight years he worked as a crossing guard at Field.
Rain or shine, during sickness and during health, Mr. Earl, made sure students were safe when crossing Main Street. He set an example of an impecable worth ethic. He loved our students and our families. He made a difference in our community and for that, we will be eternally grateful.
Mr. Earl, you will be dearly missed.
