Honoring Dwight Mitchell

Friends and neighbors,

As you may know, Dwight Mitchell has decided to take a step back from his duties after 15+ years of volunteer service to our community. Dwight has spent incalculable hours, unpaid, taking care of our finances, insurance needs, gate cards, and a host of other areas. He never hesitates to lend a hand, and we have all benefited from his dedication and expertise.  He has decided not to run for the Phase III Board of Directors again, but thankfully will stay on in a transitional basis as our Treasurer and "Board Member Emeritus."

The Board of Directors would like to present Dwight with a modest expression of the community's appreciation at the Unit Owners' Annual Meeting on Jan 23, 2021. It would be fantastic if everyone could donate $10 toward this worthy cause. More important than the dollar amount, though, is the participation rate. We would absolutely love to be able to tell Dwight 100% of the community donated to his gift. So, be it ten dollars, one dollar, two bits -- let's all show Dwight some love.

We are still deciding on the gift, so we'd appreciate your suggestions.

HERE'S THE MOST IMPORTANT PART: Let's keep this a secret from him. Linda knows, but please don't spoil it!  Thanks!
