It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Doug, a beloved husband, stepfather, family member, and friend.

Doug fought bravely through many serious health battles, including stage four cancer, kidney failure requiring dialysis, and severe lung complications. Despite everything his body endured, he continued to fight as long as he could.

On Jan 12, 2026, Doug sadly passed away after suffering a sudden and devastating medical emergency. His loss has left his wife and family completely heartbroken.

During this incredibly difficult time, his wife is now facing not only the emotional pain of losing her husband, but also the unexpected financial burdens that come with hospital stays, medical expenses, and funeral arrangements.

We are creating this GoFundMe to help ease some of that stress so she can focus on grieving, healing, and honoring Doug’s memory without the added weight of financial worry.
