Honoring Dorian: A Memorial to Remember

My name is Linda Tafoya. On September 7th, 2023, my daughter, Dorian Tardiff passed away suddenly from heart failure. She had been depressed for some time and was ignoring her medical symptoms not understanding them. She just thought she was fatigued.

I was far too devestated to give her the memorial she deserved. There was a relatively quick funeral service that I could not bring myself to attend. I loved my baby more than she knew. She left behind four children, one grown and three kids.

While there was a funeral, many people were not able to attend and celebrate her life as I would have liked to. My goal is to have a proper memorial that will allow her loved ones, including her children, to say goodbye to her and then scatter her ashes in the mountains overlooking Santa Barbara, a place she loved.
