The funding is to help support the family of Donna May Kahler (Simkins).

Donna sadly passed away on July 21 due to a fatal accident.

Donna was a wonderful and inspiring woman. She always surrounded herself with music, laughter, and amazing people. She spent every day of her life making sure the people she loved were always taken care of. She raised three children, Abigail, Sebastian, and Kasondra Simkins, with their father, Brent.

She also had a life with Robert Klinger, who sadly passed in August 2024.

She lived her life to the fullest, no matter the length of her life. She was a very enthusiastic woman and never backed down from a fun adventure.

Her soul, laugh, and smile could brighten any dark room. She had many friends and family who saw her as the center of the world.

Sadly, she leaves behind three children, daughter in-law (Opal), a grandchild (Bruce), two brothers (Mike and Davie), a sister (Desirae), and many cousins, nephews, and nieces. Alongside her latest and most precious love, Brian Short, who will also be so dearly missed.

Her memory and life story will never be forgotten and will forever be held in the hearts dearest to them. Dare I remind any of you, do not deepen one with sadness but with laughter. This is an incredibly hard time, but she would want all of us to hold on to the good times.
