My AMAZING husband Donald, father of 5, was taken from us the day before Father's Day. He was shot and killed after grabbing toys for his kids at the corner store down the road from us.

He was an amazing man, a wonderful father, a very caring person. He helped everyone; he worked hard for this family, and now we lost him unexpectedly the day before we celebrated him. He has left behind an 11-year-old daughter, and 4 boys aged 10, 4, 2, and almost 1 year old. He was the fun dad, always playing with the kids even after working 12-hour days. He was the type of man that would give the shirt off his own back. He was so loved.
