Dominick was just 19 years old when he sadly passed away due to a rare chromosomal disorder. He was an incredibly sweet, intelligent, and charming young man with a smile and presence that were truly priceless. Anyone who knew Dominick loved him.

He was deeply loved by his family—more than life itself—and his loss has been devastating. As they grieve, they are also struggling with the unexpected financial burden of laying him to rest.
