Honoring Dominick Serrano: Funeral Donations

Hello everyone. This is Karelie, I am Dominick Serrano sister in law. It’s sadden to say that my brother in law passed on march 6, 2025. Dom ( Dominick ) was such a wonderful & happy person. He was a brother . A uncle , and a son. He was so loved!! No matter what circumstances he was in. He was such a strong person. Battle many many traumatic things that no one can ever think of going through , and even then he always stayed positive. Dominick had Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is caused by a genetic mutation in the DMD gene. This mutation prevents the DMD DNA

body from producing enough of the protein dystrophin, which helps stabilize muscle fibers. He's lived w this his whole life they told him he was only gonna live not even passed 18, but he was strong and made it to 23. God really gives his battles to the strongest people and I believe Dominick was one… Sadly to say this ugly disease took away my brother in law. And we are so heart broken.
