Help The Wright Family In Time In Need

It is with shattered hearts that we share the passing of my beloved son, brother, friend, nephew, and grandson. D’Juan Brown Jr. was our right hand, our light, and the one who brought energy and warmth into every room he entered. His smile, his presence, and his love touched everyone who knew him.

D’Juan was deeply loved by his mother, Nicole Wright, a devoted single mother of a family of eight. With D’Juan’s passing, our family is now left with seven children, the youngest sibling being just five years old. Nicole raised all eight of her children with love and strength, and D’Juan was a cherished part of a close and loving household.

D’Juan was deeply family oriented family meant everything to him. He loved watching movies, playing basketball with his friends, and looked forward to football every Sunday. Listening to music was another one of his passions. To his family, D’Juan was lovingly known by his nickname, “FatFat.” He was an honest young man with a great sense of humor and a heart that made people feel comfortable, welcomed, and loved.

D’Juan had dreams and goals. He aspired to become a barber one day and to own his own shop. He was also excited and determined to earn his driver’s license and was actively working toward that goal. He was well loved, full of life, and had so much ahead of him.

In the early morning hours of January 18, 2026, around 2:00 a.m., D’Juan Brown was involved in a head-on car collision on I-80 in Fairfield while heading home with a friend after visiting another friend in Sacramento. At just 21 years old, D’Juan’s life was tragically cut short, leaving our family devastated by this sudden and unimaginable loss.

We are reaching out during this incredibly difficult time as we share the news of the passing of our loved one. Losing a family member has been a devastating experience, and we are still struggling to come to terms with the loss.

As we navigate the grieving process, we are facing various challenges and are in need of support. Any assistance, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated and will help our family during this difficult time.

We understand that not everyone may be in a position to provide financial support, and that is perfectly okay. Your thoughts, prayers, and well wishes would also be a source of comfort and encouragement to us.

We are grateful for any act of kindness or support that you may be able to offer, and we appreciate your understanding and compassion during this challenging period.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your love, kindness, and support during this time of unimaginable grief.
