It is with heavy hearts and an overwhelming feeling of sadness that we share the tragic news of Reza "DJ Reza" Gerami’s unexpected passing.

To many, Reza was a visionary, icon, and a pioneer of the EDM community. Reza was so much more than any of us could imagine. But above all, he was a kind-hearted soul who was always elevating others and bringing people together. Behind the decks and behind the scenes, Reza dedicated his life to building a community through music. His impact on the dance music world and the people in it will never be forgotten.

The evidence of that impact is in the outpouring of love his family is seeing in the form of text, calls, visits, and social media tributes. We thank you for all the love!!!

Many of you have asked how you can help. We would say do what Reza would do in this situation. Be present, be kind, be generous, and lead with your heart.

If you ever had any contact with Reza, you would know that the most important part of his life was his beautiful daughter Kiki. Reza beamed with pride at the thought of her and he wanted nothing else but for her to be taken care of.

To honor his legacy and his wishes, we are asking the community that he loved so much to contribute funds that will help to support Kiki. All funds raised will be held in trust and be used to support Kiki and her needs.
