Our daughter Diana was an extraordinary young woman who, despite growing up in the challenges of foster care, was always generous and outgoing. She was quick to share, always ready to come to the rescue of someone being mistreated, and had a heart so full of forgiveness. Her spirit touched everyone she met, and her kindness left a lasting impact on our family and community. We will never forget her contagious smile and full-hearted laugh.

Tragically, Diana passed away at just 18 years old. So many wonderful people have reached out, asking how they can support us. Some have brought food, flowers, and, most importantly, offered prayers. Because of Diana's age, she was just out of eligibility for our life insurance to support, leaving us with significant funeral expenses. We have always tried to follow sound financial principles and are blessed with family members who are able to help, but we know there are others who have lovingly asked about other ways to support.

This fundraiser is a way for family, and anyone else who feels led, to support us during this difficult time. If more money is raised than necessary, anything above and beyond will be donated to charities supporting foster care and adoption—causes close to Diana's heart. We are deeply grateful for every act of kindness, whether it is a prayer, a meal, or a donation.
