Honoring Dennis South's Theater Legacy

Dennis South Memorial - July 6, 1:00 at Bainbridge Performing Arts.

Dennis grew up in Poulsbo and learned his theatre skills at Olympic College and the University of Washington in the '50s and '60s. He directed hundreds of musicals on stage on Bainbridge Island, Silverdale, Seattle, and Bremerton from the '60s through the '80s.

He was especially talented at productions featuring dozens of young kids who were getting their first introduction to theatre. A significant number of these young actors went on to have professional careers in entertainment.

We’re raising money for his memorial service to pay for catering, beverages, and printed programs.
