I, Josephine Angelina, am making this GoFundMe on behalf of my sister, Delysia Yasmine Urbina. This is the ONLY ONE.

On Wednesday, February 5, two weeks before her 25th birthday, I got a call that my sister was on the way to the hospital after being shot by her boyfriend five times, including in the head and chest. He was supposed to be gone because they had been going through a domestic relationship for a year and a half. She finally had the courage to leave the relationship and had his stuff packed for him to go before she got back home from grocery shopping. She walked up the stairs and had her life ripped from her before she got the chance to put the groceries away.

Delysia was filled with so much life. She was the funniest person in the room. Nothing could stop her from speaking her mind. She was loved by her whole city. The most genuine soul ever. She never deserved to be taken from our family and her friends with such a tragic ending.

As you can imagine, this was all so sudden; therefore, we’re reaching out to her family, friends, and ones that loved her. To give her the services that she deserves, help us reach our goal so she can get the best celebration of life, birthday, and funeral as possible
