Honoring Delbert Allen's Memory

Delbert Allen born 02/04/1956. Dellie was a very loving Husband, Dad, Grandpa, Brother, Uncle, Family man, and Friend that enjoyed life. On June 30, 2025 he gained his wings and went home.
