It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Deke Owens, a beloved husband, father, son, brother and friend who meant so much to so many of us. Deke was known for his kindness, generosity, sense of humor, dedication to family and taking care of everyone around him. His presence brought comfort and joy to everyone around him. This loss has left a deep hole in the hearts of his family, friends, and community.

During this incredibly difficult time, the Owens family is facing not only immense emotional pain, but also unexpected financial burdens. We are starting this GoFundMe to help ease some of the initial financial stress for the first few months so the family can focus on grieving, healing, and supporting one another.
