Hello friends and family,

This is incredibly difficult to share, but I’m reaching out with a heavy heart for support during a very hard time. My 77-year-old grandmother, Dawn, is currently in hospice care, and her health is declining more each day. Her oxygen levels continue to drop, and she has lost the ability to speak and swallow, so she is now being supported with a feeding tube.

We are preparing ourselves for what’s to come, even though it’s something no family is ever truly ready for.

As we face this, we are also trying to prepare for the financial burden of her final arrangements. At this time, we are unable to cover the costs of cremation and funeral services on our own. The minimum cost for cremation alone is around $1,200, and expenses may increase from there. We are hoping to raise $3,000 to help give her a meaningful and respectful celebration of life—one that reflects how much she means to all of us.
