I am David's sister Miriam, but most may recognize the name David called me by, Tiney.
This is very hard to ask for help to lay my brother to rest, but if anyone could donate even a small amount, it would be a great help and a blessing. I thought we would be able to use the funds in his account, but disability has other plans and will be withdrawing it.
David's wishes were cremation and a memorial. He did not want anyone seeing him in the condition he was in, in those last weeks and days. So I'm trying to do what he asked. Since he was up here with me before his passing, he will be cremated here and then we'll bring his ashes home and have the memorial service in Lafayette so anyone who loved David can celebrate his life with us. If you don't have the means to donate, a share and a prayer are always needed and appreciated. Please keep his 4 kids in your thoughts and prayers for the Father to bring peace and comfort to them. Thank you all for loving my brother. We all have a hole in our hearts with him gone, but he's now in the arms of our Savior and that brings the most comfort to his family.
Till we see each other again, brother ❤️
