I am creating this GoFundMe on behalf of my partner, Joshua Crisci, who is grieving the sudden and tragic loss of his father, David Crisci, of Leominster, MA.

David passed away in an early morning fire on October 4, 2025, in Chelmsford, MA. He was only 59 years old.

For nearly eighteen years, David lived in his longtime apartment, until the property was sold a few months ago and his rent was raised by more than $1,000 a month. David was paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair, he could not afford this increase and was forced to leave the place he called home. Less than a week before his passing, Joshua had moved him into a temporary home while he waited for affordable housing placement through the state.

David was an incredible man - caring, selfless, and strong. Despite living with constant pain, he never complained and always carried a positive outlook. He was the kind of person who would do anything for his loved ones. A devoted father, brother, uncle, son, and friend, his loss has left a deep void in the lives of all who knew him.

Any donation, no matter the amount, will go directly toward organizing a celebration of life for David and covering any unexpected expenses that may arise.
