Hello, my name is Seng Nelson. I'm writing this because I'm in desperate need of help for a family member.

My cousin is currently on hospice at the moment due to kidney failure, and his heart is also failing. We are trying to relocate him back to Louisiana after he passes away to have a proper burial for him.

He was transported from a hospital in Louisiana to Methodist Hospital in Houston, TX.

Here's a little backstory of what is going on: he was originally in Louisiana when he was hospitalized. Due to them not being able to treat him accordingly, he was flown to Houston Methodist Hospital. He is currently in hospice w/o Dialysis, he cant live too much longer. He's been without dialysis since December 30,2025. His little brother had to quit his job over a year ago to be able to take care of him, being that they are all each other have. Both of their parents have passed away, unfortunately, leaving them with no immediate family. Things have gotten rough during this journey of his illness. With that being said, I'm kindly asking for any donations to help transfer his body back to Louisiana so that he could have a proper burial.
