My father, Daniel Perez, was a beacon of light for everyone who knew him. His positivity and kindness touched countless lives, and he was always the first to offer help to those in need. Even in the darkest moments, Daniel found ways to lift others up and bring hope to our family and community. He fought bravely against stage 4 liver cancer, showing incredible strength and resilience until the very end.

As his only daughter, I am now faced with the responsibility of honoring his memory and giving him the farewell he deserves. My mother is disabled and unable to help with the costs, so I am reaching out for support to cover the expenses of his funeral, memorial service, and cremation. We plan to bring his ashes to Puerto Rico, where he and my late brother were born, so that he can rest alongside family and in the place that meant so much to him.
