On the evening of December 20th, the eve of the winter solstice, my dad unexpectedly started his journey away from the earth and birthed into spirit. He was a loving father, an active part of the community, a loyal friend, a dear partner, and a proud grandfather “Poopah”. The web of connection he built, the amount of people his care and love affected is immense.

This gofundme is to help support my family in the memorial process as well as looking forward into the bills that have piled up while my dad has been unwell this year. My mom and I want to be transparent and say, the journey ahead is a hard one and without support we could be looking at loss of housing/etc.
