Honoring Dad's Final Wish: Rest in Cambodia

As many of you may know, my father, Hon Paung, passed away this week. He took his last breath on Tuesday, May 27th.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 50 years, his four children, and 15 grandchildren. He lived a life filled with love, laughter, and simple joys. He had a deep appreciation for the outdoors—fishing was his favorite pastime, even though it was never really about the fish.

My dad was a humble man. He never needed much and never asked for more than what truly mattered: time with family and peace in his heart. His final wish was to be surrounded by his loved ones and, ultimately, to be brought back to Cambodia so he can rest alongside his mother and father once again.
