Honoring Connors Story
Donation protected
Dear friends, family, and community,
It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the unimaginable news of Connor Mogensen’s passing on April 23rd, 2025. At just 16 years old, Connor left this world far too soon, and our family is devastated by the sudden and tragic loss.
Connor lived with a heart full of love and emotions that ran deep. He cared fiercely for those around him and never hesitated to lend a hand or a smile. Whether he was working on his small engines, riding his toys around with joy, fishing at his favorite spot, hunting with family, spending hours on the golf course or playing video games with his friends, Connor lived with passion, curiosity, and kindness.
We are now preparing to celebrate and honor his life with a memorial service that reflects the love and light he brought to ours. Unfortunately, the financial burden of funeral and cremation expenses is overwhelming, and we are reaching out to ask for help. Any donation, no matter the amount, will support our family during this incredibly difficult time.
In sharing Connor’s story, we also want to speak openly about mental health. We ask you—please, check in with your children. Listen when they’re struggling, even when they can’t find the words. Remind them that it’s okay to feel deeply, to wear their emotions openly, and to ask for help.
There is no shame in being vulnerable, and there is so much strength in reaching out. If Connor’s story can help even one person feel less alone, then his life will continue to make a difference.
Thank you for your thoughts, your prayers, your messages, and your love. Your support—emotional and financial—means more to us than we can say.
With love and deep gratitude,
The Mogensen Family
