My Wife last Wednesday had a heart attack and suffered seizures due to this. Our daughter and I are doing well and are asking for any help possible as this was all sudden.

All who see this know/knew my wife. She was loving and supportive to all she encountered. She enriched and bettered MANY lives. She always strived to aid and help people around her. She was known as a "Rave Mom," a loving mother to our 8-year-old, my very best friend, a vibrant and caring friend, and one of the strongest female presences many have ever known! We all have loved and been loved by her.

Concetta, in her ending days, was found to be an organ and tissue donor.

This GoFundMe is for her memorial and cremation costs. If and when the amount is surpassed, the funds will then be used to partially offset the hospital bills, and the remaining amount will be put into an account for her daughter that builds interest for her future.

I am humbled and saddened to have to make this fundraiser but am excited to have her memorial be just as special as she was to us all. Her Memorial date is to be determined and will updated on this fundraiser as it becomes solidified.
