Honoring Concepcion Flores: Support Needed

On October 23, we suddenly lost our mom 6 hours after being discharged from the hospital. Leaving behind her husband and two daughters. My family is broken hearted to share the passing of our mom Concepcion Flores. My mother was loved by so many people and truly cared for everyone around her. She was more than just our mom she was dedicated to her family , smart , and confidante.
