It is with shattered hearts that we share the news of the passing of Cody Siebert, who left us far too soon today following a sudden and brave battle with a brain infection.
Cody was a devoted father, a loving partner, and a proud K9 Police Officer with the East Range Police Department. To know Cody was to have a friend. He had a rare gift for connection—if you crossed paths with him, you knew you were in for a genuine conversation. He truly enjoyed people, and his absence leaves a void in our community that will be felt by many.
While Cody dedicated his career to protecting our community, his greatest pride and joy were found at home. He leaves behind his significant other, Karen, and their two young sons: Reese (2 years old) and Bayne (1 year old).
As Karen and the boys begin to navigate a future that looks very different than the one they imagined, we are reaching out to the community Cody loved so much. We want to ensure that as they adventure through life without him, they feel the same support and protection that Cody provided to others every day.
Your donations will go directly toward:
Immediate expenses and memorial costs.
Supporting Karen as she manages the household and cares for two toddlers.
Creating a foundation for Reese and Bayne’s future needs and education.
Thank You
Whether it is through a donation, sharing this page, or simply keeping Karen, Reese, and Bayne in your thoughts and prayers, we are incredibly grateful for your kindness. Cody never met a stranger; let’s come together to show his family they aren’t alone.
