Coach Peters was an amazing man who cared deeply about his athletes at Cerritos HS & his students as a teacher at Lennox Middle School. He has coached many young people over the years, and they all say the same thing about him, that he was kind and genuine, and made them want to be better and do better.

His passing was unexpected, and he is survived by his wife, and daughter, as well as his mother. We are starting this GoFundMe to help with funeral expenses. Please help us honor his memory and help us support the family during this unimaginably difficult time.

We will also be collecting donations at the CHS football game on 10/21, 7 pm, at Rants Stadium, 11111 Artesia Blvd, Cerritos, 90703, and there will be a special moment of silence for him.
